| Dear Brian, Thanks very much for your explaination of all the questions I have asked. It was very interesting and enlightening. I learned alot from what you told me. Boy you are very good at answering questions. I bet you have been asked a lot of strange questions. Thanks for all of your help I appreciate it very much. I am glad that you made this website it has been very helpful. Do you do alot of investigating? Why do you have to belong to a group of investigators before you can get a chance to belong to a taps team? What about if someone just takes the courses that taps has that I have seen on the taps website? Did Brian belong to another team before he was added to ghost hunters group? I know he said that he helped make taps what it is today! Thanks again Sincerely Nance318 timetraveler122@aol.com |

Our group tries to investigate as often as possible, its been slow lately due to busy schedules, but ive been doing it unproffesionally since 1989. TAPS want to see how serious a group is before they can become a family member, theres too many groups out there that arent serious and dont take it serious that want to be a part of TAPS. TAPS is very professional in the cause of helping people with paranormal activity. So they need prossionals to keep up thier good reputation. Taking classes are good for someone that wants to do it seriously and they are very informative, but take them from a local group, famous groups like TAPS tend to charge a fee wereas locals most likely dont.
Brian has been interested in the paranormal since he was 11, other groups? not sure but he was with TAPS for many years. TAPS was a serious investigation group long before the tv show came around.
thanks again. |

| Thanks for your answers. I thought that taps people like jason don't charge people at least that is what he said one time. Has that changed now? So since you do investigating unprofessionally do you do it for fun so to speak? Have you helped a lot of people? I know that I have seen some people who say they are ghost investigators but they really are not and you can tell by the way they act. Like I have see a number of ghost investigators go to the Winchester house and they say it is haunted and I know for a fact that it isn't becasue Jason and Grant went there too and they both said it wasn't haunted becasue they didn't see or hear or feel anything while they were there. So alot of them just blow it out of perportion I think. Again thanks for all of your answers. Have you investigated any castles or famous places? I think that would be great. We investigate professionally now, but years ago I did it unprofessionally. TAPS doesnt charge to investigate, but they do charge for siminars and classes. As far as people saying a place is or isnt haunted, they really cant say it isnt just because they didnt see or feel anything, one thing to remember is ghost or spirits arent always active, so you could go to a place one time and nothing happen, then return and it is very active.
We have investigated the Von Minden hotel in Texas, The Carnton Mansion in Tennessee, The Bell Witch Cave in Tennessee and The Murphy School in Tennessee, those are the most famous locations, all were active except for the Bell Witch cave.....
Thanks again |

| Hi Brian, Thanks for the information. I didn't realize that if a place isn't active the first time seen that it doesn't mean that it isn't active. What did you think of the bell witch cave? I have seen so called ghost hunting people go and say that it was haunted plus there is suppose to be a legend about the bell witch putting a hex on the guy that lived in that house and so the witch made him die supposely but I don't believe in hexes and stuff like that. Did you and your group catch a lot of EVPS or get any Videos? Well thanks again. Sincerely Nance318 timetraveler122@aol.com |

The Bell Witch cave was interesting to see, but wasnt active at the time we went. The Bell Witch wasnt even really a witch, it was an evil entity, no hexes were really used, they all believed it to be witch craft during the time but it was more than that. Its true that John Bell died during this, but no one really knows what happened to him, if he did die due to the Witch, then its the only rocorded death due to a haunting. We didnt get any EVP's or video from the cave. The cave itself was actually a indian burial chamber, so that possibly was what was causing the paranormal activity there.....Thanks again..
